Call Detail Record | CDR

Call Detail Records (CDRs) provide detailed information about when, where, and how calls are made through a given carrier, aggregator, or VLEC (virtual local exchange carrier like Commio). Used for billing and reporting, the ability to track calls via a CDR can also offer insight into carrier issues, including service interruptions, PDD (post dial delay), and cost.
