Direct Inward Dialing | DID

Direct Inward Dialing, commonly known as DID, is a telephone service that allows a caller to to dial a specific phone/person directly at a company, instead of having to speak to an operator, going through a menu, or needing to dial an extension. DID numbers can be provided by either a telecom carrier or service provider, and help enhance call quality and customer support.
