Flexible local and toll-free calling plans help channel partners, resellers, and growing businesses reduce billing complexity and plan monthly costs more easily

Raleigh, NC, September 1, 2026 – Commio, a leading provider of cloud voice and messaging services, today announced the general availability of Commio FlexNumbers™, a set of flexible local and toll-free plans designed to make it easier for businesses and service providers to package, purchase, and manage phone numbers and core voice services.

Phone numbers, inbound and outbound voice, e911 registration, and Caller ID are often purchased and billed as separate telecom components. FlexNumbers lets customers choose the number of local or toll-free numbers they need and pair them with a per-minute usage plan that aligns with their expected call volume.

FlexNumbers“Businesses and channel partners should not have to assemble a basic voice package one line item at a time,” said Michael Moran, CEO of Commio. “FlexNumbers brings numbers, voice usage, and core services into a clearer structure, giving customers a more practical way to choose what fits their needs today and scale as those needs change.”

FlexNumbers is designed for UCaaS channel partners, resellers, managed service providers, small and midmarket businesses, and multi-location organizations. Customers can deploy a single number or scale to larger seat-, location- and customer-based environments as their requirements grow.

For channel partners and managed service providers, the per-number structure can make communications packages easier to price, position and resell. It also gives providers a more consistent framework for quoting and billing customers while preserving flexibility across different usage needs.

FlexNumbers is designed to support widely used UCaaS and Bring Your Own Carrier environments, with compatibility confirmed during the onboarding process.

Customers can begin with core voice services and add RCS for Business, Branded Calling ID™ or AI Voice as their communications strategy evolves. These optional add-ons are priced separately.

FlexNumbers plans, FAQs and a usage calculator are available now at commio.com/flex-numbers.
