SoftwareReviews Recognizes Commio as a Leading CPaaS Provider

Raleigh, NC, May 2, 2023 – Commio, a cloud voice and text messaging API platform, announced today that it has been recognized as a leading provider by SoftwareReviews on their 2023 CPaaS Data Quadrant. The highest ranking “product innovator,” Commio shares top ranking with Plivo for “product features and satisfaction.” Per SoftwareReviews, this score is driven by the likelihood of users to recommend the software, combined with user satisfaction across top product features.

Additionally, Commio was ranked second overall for ease of implementation. SoftwareReviews says, “Choosing the right software is only the first step. Successfully implementing the new solution is necessary in order to realize its full value and promote end user adoption.”

Commio also ranked highly for API framework and its MMS APIs.

SoftwareReviews provides cumulative scores around quality of service as well, noting that Commio has 100% ratings for integrity, trustworthiness, and respectfulness of service, and “97% positive sentiments” around the company’s sales, service, technical specialists, and leadership teams.
